Paid Training Program
With the goal of creating accessible opportunities for education, development, and employment, we continued for a second year the 12-month paid training program "Extrude your career InAlumil", which launched in April 2024!
The first cycle of the program concluded with 100% absorption.
InAlumil began in September 2022 and was completed in July 2023, offering two young engineers the opportunity to explore every department of our industrial complex in the Kilkis Industrial Area, following the production process step by step. At the end of the program, the participants joined the ALUMIL team and have since continued their professional journey as proud Alumilers!

STAGE 1
Application submission & review
The Talent Acquisition team received and evaluated the candidates’ applications.
STAGE 2
Cultural Assessment Center
Candidates participated in a Cultural Assessment Center.
STAGE 3
Technical Assessment Center
Candidates underwent a Technical Assessment Center tailored to the program’s requirements.
STAGE 4
Interviews & final selection
The Talent Acquisition team conducted interviews based on candidate performance. Those selected for the second round of InAlumil received an offer of employment, while all applicants were informed about the status of their application.

Applications for the second cycle of the paid training program have now closed. This year, during their 12-month journey of learning, the selected participants (starting in April) explore the fields of Production, Quality Control, Sales and Human Resources.
